  12. System will hang when running SETUPCD.EXE and TESTCD.EXE.

  16. User who has a Western digital 90C30XX based VGA cards will experience the 
  17. above mentioned problem when executing the SETUPCD.EXE and 
  18. TESTCD.EXE files.  These files are installed by the CDROM installation disk for 
  19. CR563 CDROM drive.  They can be found in the respective directory of Sound 
  20. Blaster cards.
